About
That Norwegian Guy is me, Eystein Alnæs. I am not the only Norwegian guy, it’s just much easier to remember than my full name. See, I’ve already done you a favor. If you google my name you’ll probably end up at css-discuss, because I am a front-end developer for a living, in particular doing (x)html and css. Some might call that a web-designer. Tomato-tomatho.
Until recently I worked for Creuna, the company formerly known as Cobra. Moving from Oslo, Norway to Perth, Australia made it hard to make it to the office every morning. Prior to working at Creuna I spent two years at Rayon.
I post here whenever I figure out something really clever that I’m sure to forget by the next time I have use for it. But lately things have a tendency to end up at my tumblelog as well. You can also spy on me by checking out twitter, flickr, del.icio.us, and LinkedIn. There’s even food recipes at Yay for food!! which also is iPhone friendly. Just like this site it’s there to make my own life easier.
Even though it doesn’t collaborate very well with a life in front of the screen, I love the outdoors. Sandy beaches or snowy mountains, some fresh air has never done the old braincells any harm. Which in turn has led me to see a fair bit of our ever shrinking planet. Ofcourse now that the environment is so important all these flights aren’t anything to brag about. Strange how flying wasn’t a problem before.
Thank you.
